We have created a safe and supportive community for you to explore what you can do on (and off) your mat. We believe in doing everything from a place of love, so that your inner light can shine.

We have a variety of classes available. Whether you’re a beginner, or you’ve been practicing for years we have something for everyone. Community and connection are an important part of our studio. Come for the movement but stay for the friendships!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga moves from one posture to the next seamlessly with a focus on the breath. Commonly referred to as flow yoga, Vinyasa yoga offers a variety of postures rather than a fixed form. Good for all levels.

Power Yoga

A vigorous fitness based practice connecting one breath per movement. Power yoga is a combination of different traditions of yoga designed to make you move and sweat. This flow is good for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

This approachable class is a slower flow designed to calm your mind and connect with your body. A calming class to relieve stress, increase flexibilty and counter the effects of our fast-paced lives. This is a great class for beginners, anyone who is working through an injury or anyone who wants to slow down on their yoga mat.
