I am Jackie, an RYT 200 hour and 50 hour yin certified yoga teacher. I encourage my students on and off their mat with these simple mantras: explore, play and honor your body for all that you ask it to do.

While I am in love with yoga, I also have a storytelling fascination! Life is created through stories; everything we hear, imagine in our brain, or read is a story written by another human. If you put that into perspective, life can be so magical! Practice with me so we can become characters in each other's story called life.
