Learn basic burlesque moves to stretch, strengthen, and tone the shoulders, abs, glutes, and legs. Walks, shimmies, bumps and grinds will be introduced to get you in showgirl shape!
Please note, no clothing removals. This class will be focused on burlesque drills and techniques.
