Dr. Dinah Kitchens has presented Compassion Fatigue Awareness to multiple healthcare professionals in hopes of bringing awareness to the importance of self-care and has taught techniques to help with self-care. She has an interest in Complementary/Integrative Medicine and has been trained in multiple modalities relating to biofield energy healing, mindfulness-based mediation, craniosacral therapy, and healing therapy. She is a certified Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and holds certifications in Past Life Regression Hypnosis and Hypnosis for Pain Management.
