Learn what's happening in your body, and how these things impact your other body systems and what you can do about it! We will learn about some key herbs to help you support and balance your nervous system, while we enjoy some nourishing herbal tea that will do just that.
Class begins with an optional plant identification walk off-site for those interested in learning to identify edible and medicinal plants in the wild.
If you do not want to attend the plant walk, then simply show up at the studio in time to begin the workshop portion at 12:45pm.
The plant walk location will be determined the week of the program. Please look out for an email (to the address you registered with) a couple days before the workshop, where we will outline location details and what to bring.
