Jade’s yoga journey started by occasionally taking classes with her mom as a kid. Years later, and after taking her 200 hr yoga teaching training in 2018, her practice has transformed and deepened in many ways. Yoga now shows up for her on and off the mat and she is so grateful for this personal growth. Jade’s favorite thing about yoga is the space to play and explore. Yoga can bring out your inner child and she loves to bring that playfulness to her classes. Jade believes yoga is for every body and strives to make classes accessible for all.
