Lorraine Downing
Lorraine is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor. Although she’s a newer yogi- sharing and teaching has always been an integral part of her life. Lorraine has been involved with communicating educational programs during her entire career and enjoys practicing with others. Daily yoga and meditation help keep focus on self-love and self-care so she can serve others mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lorraine learned a lot about herself spending time on her mat and loves the ability to continue to grow both on and off her mat. Every day is a new day with new opportunities.
