Learn how to master your body and mind, and achieve Valkyrie status with this fundamental fitness and foundational fighting techniques program.

This program is inspired by the book “A Court of Silver Flames” by Sarah J. Maas. Whether you’re a fan of the book or not, you’ll love this program and the community we create.
Note: There may be spoilers throughout the training for those who have not read the book but may want to read it later.
Through this training we’ll create a community and our own Valkyrie Squad.
We will have access to videos taught by Sam for this program - allowing us to practice and learn together.
Classes will be offered twice per week.
The Valkyrie Squad membership is $12.00 per month and will be automatically billed monthly.
This membership will be a separate membership so you will not be able to use your regular Heart and Light Yoga class card to book these classes.
