Menopause Workshop

It's something we've all heard about, some of us have experienced it, others are approaching it ( perimenopause), but what is IT?  It's something that most of us unfortunately know little about and may even be "ashamed" or uneasy talking about.  Yet we shouldn't be and we are not alone in the journey into our new bodies, minds and souls.  Come learn some perimenopause/menopause basics, learn the signs and symptoms and perhaps some helpful management tools/options.  Be able to develop well formulated questions to discuss with your healthcare provider based on your particular situation.

This is a basic level format so no question is too simple.  But remember if you have the question someone else does too.  These are the bodies we are blessed to live in.  Let's learn how to feel the best we can in this new chapter of our lives and what changes may come and some possible management strategies.  It's all about perspective and making informed decisions about our bodies and our health care.
