Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation.

This is a guided meditation for which you are lying down for the duration of the practice. The meditation guides your body through progressive states of relaxation until you experience the state between wake and sleep. This is the state most conducive to healing.

Please dress comfortably, and bring pillows and blankets as desired. Get comfortable and relax with this guided meditation and leave feeling refreshed and restored. 

You can bring blankets or pillows or anything you need to be comfortable.
